Pain 👍

The pain in my foot has now spread to my legs and lower back. I took four ibuprofen, but so far, no change.

I bought insoles yesterday, and they seemed to help at the time, but…not anymore.

I don’t know what happened. I was fine and then, all of a sudden…

I hope it’s nothing serious again.
