I have the sads, so I’m trying to think of inspirational songs to get me up and going.
Sometimes I wonder if I’m doing the right thing, pushing my emotions away. Should I do that? Or should I face them, and experience them?
Because these feelings have nothing to do with my mental health. They are the standard, human suffering that everyone goes through at one time or another.
And, yes, I know the difference.
