I lost 4.6 pounds this week. Wooooooohoo!

It’s on, my friends, it’s on.

All I did, seriously, was track a lot better. But tracking better encourages me to eat less.

Also, of course, I read and listened to Atomic Habits all week, which inspired me to take what I had started and run with it. Little seeds I planted, like, cleaning house, avoiding Dunkin,’ drinking water, etc. I just kept those things going.

Hey, it will be nice to go in with a success story today.
