The kids are back to school today, Derek is back to work.
I had three mini frozen pancakes at midnight, so I’m counting those as my breakfast. For tiny pancakes, they are a lot of points.
Yesterday I ate double my daily points. And that wasn’t even that much compared to a typical day.
Seriously, I eat like a horse. Sometimes I’m legit hungry. Sometimes I’m not.
I get why I would eat more than I used to, given what I’m doing for work, right now, all that walking. But there’s no need for me to be scarfing down 100 points a day. At the very end of the day.
I was up on the scale this morning. Always that grilled chicken salad. Too much cheese.
But I’m tracking better. That’s something.
