Jetpack

I just switched from the WordPress app to Jetpack. “Supercharge your stats with Jetpack,” it says.

Except that it’s green, and has a writing prompt, it looks the exact same as WordPress stats.

I don’t have much time today. I got up late again, had a million dishes to do (last night was my night, but I left it till the morning, as nothing was caked in food or grime and I’m more alert in the morning), and I’ve got to get out there in the sort of snow.

It looks like either it hasn’t started, yet, or we didn’t get that much.

Oh, boy, there is a warning, though. Heavy snow forecast. Yikes.

The problem with my job is I can’t do it at home. I need to be there. As long as production runs, they need WH personnel.

When I was in production, Mike didn’t make me come in on bad days. But that might be because I was in MP. Honda would be a different story, I’m sure.

Eddie just says get here when you can. Take your time. Which isn’t a bad thing in and of itself, but does mean one way or another, I’m going to be driving in the bad weather.

The bad news is I’m not the best driver.

The good news is, in the grand scheme of things, I seem to do okay in the snow. Except for the one time I slid into a plow and totaled my car. That was just over 10 years ago, though.

The good news is now I have an SUV with AWD and brand new tires. I haven’t had any trouble so far. Granted, last Friday was our first real weather of the season.

I know some of you might worry about me. I tell you what. I’ll send a quick and dirty post just to let you know I made it.

But it probably won’t really be dirty.

I do have to go now. Have a fantastic Monday, please do drive safely, wherever you are, and as always, thank you so much for reading ❤️❤️❤️
