It’s Official

I faxed the DOL a letter withdrawing my hearing request. I also sent them an email.

I also forwarded the email to HR and everyone I know of that would’ve attended.

There will be no hearing Tuesday morning.

I’m not at all sorry. It would not have been worth my anxiety for the next two days.

I will figure out a way to pay for what my insurance won’t cover, which may or may not include all of my OT and occ health appointments from August 27 through October 19.

It doesn’t matter. I’m so relieved it’s over.
