Hi, good morning. I’ve been awake for a while, I think. I had to go to the bathroom, but was too lazy to get out of bed, so I lay there, needing to go, for quite some time.
It’s possible I’ve been awake since 2:00, I’m not sure.
No, that can’t be. I didn’t get up until almost 4:00. I might’ve been half awake.
My God, what a waste of 3 paragraphs. Sorry.
I’m so hot with this light, I’ve got to turn on the fan.
The EMG itself was kind of unpleasant, but the doctor was very very nice. Excellent bedside manner, as they say. We talked extensively about the decline of smoking.
Today will be better. I am back online. Fingers crossed, I will probably not fall on my ass again. Tomorrow’s a pay day. I am down a bit more on the scale. I remembered to say goodbye to Derek.
It’s tricky, because he’s still sleeping, and my first instinct when everyone else is still in bed is not to disturb. So in the early morning, I tiptoe around to get ready. If he were awake, it would be much easier.
I’m not saying it’s the same as misplacing my splint, which, in deed, I have done, but I think it has something to do with the ADD. For 10 years, I had a lanyard attached to my keys so I would not lose them. I cannot tell you how often I’ve left them in stores.
I “lose” my phone at least once a week. Derek has to call it. Half the time, it’s on vibrate.
Before I wore my glasses all day, I used to lose those. In college, I left my retainer (gross) on my tray at the dining hall.
I’d lose my damn hands if they weren’t attached.
Over the years, I’ve learned to keep important things in the same couple of locations, but it’s certainly not airtight.
I need to figure out a home for the splints when they’re not on my hands. I lose them everyday.
If I left now, I could make it to work by 5:30, leave at 2:00. But that would probably tick off P.
F yelled at me yesterday about the stupid bins. He calmed down after a couple of minutes, but, man! He is ornery.
I could tell he felt bad, though. He likes me—not like that. Just, you know, like Rick did. Like the kid does.
Well, I guess. Better head out. Have a superb day and a safe commute. Thanks for reading 😊
