Rise and Shine

I had nightmares all night long. At one point I woke up and was afraid to go back to sleep.

Last night I had to drive all the way to Newmarket to get my Effexor, because even though I specifically told Lifestance to please send it to Dover, it went to Newmarket, where I had to wait in a long line.

It wouldn’t have been such a big deal, but I had run out, and I was experiencing the withdrawal symptoms that I get: sadness, the horrible dizziness.

I’ve had it with Lifestance. I’ve about had it with Rite-aid.

After I took my meds, I started to feel better after a couple of hours. So that was good.
