As planned, I weighed myself without any clothes on as soon as I got up, and guess what? Not only did I not gain, I lost weight.

Not only did I lose, I’m in the next “decade” down.

Yessssssssss! Finally, some real progress. 15 pounds down since the end of August. It’s not as much as I’d hoped for, but it’s significant. Especially considering we’re in the holiday season.

You’d never know it. It was 57 degrees out yesterday.

So clearly, the WH is helping. Because it can’t be my eating habits.

This is great news, because it will keep me motivated to keep trying, even through the hardest time of the year.
