No Afternoon Med

Between getting up early, not sleeping well, and not taking my PM Adderall, I’m pretty sleepy.

I’m not expecting good news on the scale, even in the nude. I’ve been horrible all week.

My hands hurt and are incredibly dry and cracked. I’ve tried Bag Balm, Aquaphor, O’Keefe’s. I guess they provide temporary relief, but all of them are slimy. I’m very fussy about textures.

It’s been a quiet, sleepy day.
