I can’t say enough about how useful this tool has been for me.
As a behavior analyst student, I learned how to look for patterns and variations in data. Analytics makes it possible for me to track patterns and changes and connect them to specific events.
I probably know a lot more about you than you think I do.
I’m up a little early. I was having one of my recurring nightmares on the couch. Luckily, I didn’t wake anyone up.
In the nightmare, I’m in the kitchen of the second floor apartment I grew up in. I have forgotten to close and lock the door to the outside stairs. An intruder comes barreling up the stairs before I can get to the door.
Oddly, in this iteration of the dream, the intruder looks like my stepmother.
Last night was another not great night in terms of snacking. And my pants feel tight.
I guess if I’m honest, my motivation is low, right now. It’s research backed that motivation has natural highs and lows, but I’ve been waiting a very long time for mine to go back up.
I wonder if a meds adjustment would help. Or probably better sleep.
Time to go. Have a great day, my readers. Stay warm, northern friends. Stay cool, southern friends.
