It stands to reason that if my tiny counterpart is really 150 pounds (and looks 100), then I may also have some muscle developing, right?

Could that be why I’m slow to lose?

Probably, though, it’s mostly the night snacking.

I’m going to further reduce my caffeine, see if that helps.
