Not a particularly good week, even though I pre-tracked. What I did was, last Sunday, I did all of my planning, then I just left it. I set it and forget it. Did not follow it from dinner on. Lots of takeout.
Despite these transgressions, I don’t think it’s a big gain. So I count that as a relative success. Also, I got something like 100k steps in just the one week, which is a lot.
If I can get that many steps this week, and do what I’m supposed to with food, I’ll probably have a great loss next Sunday. That’s how I’m looking at it.
