Naughty Naughty

I had Dos Amigos. And Dos Amigos Vegan Bakery. Those items were not on plan. Ah, well. It’s been an okay week, despite Halloween.

I feel like the inside of my mouth is tingling. My food was not even that spicy.

Every now and again, I like a little spice.

I think guacamole is no longer a zero-point food on my plan. I retook the assessment and, when you respond differently to the questions, it makes changes.

That’s pretty much it. I’m tired. I would love a hot bath. And then bed.
