Water Weight?

I feel just awful about myself tonight. I feel like I look terrible. Nothing fits right.

I need to try harder at night. I ate so much spaghetti.

At least I’ve been sleeping better. I’ve switched to decaf soda after, like, 5:00. Sleeping better means I’m eating less, because I’m not up, hanging around the kitchen.

Tomorrow is shopping day, so we’re out of mostly everything, anyway.
