Although I’m up this week, I don’t feel bad, because, firstly, it’s mostly fluids from this morning, and, secondly, I have a plan that I think is going to work: soup and pre-tracking. I’ve got a whole week done.
I forgot how much I like five can soup. I hope it will sustain me long enough. I think it will. I’ve done it before and lost weight.
The only problem is I might get tired of it, too. Like with the eggs.
I might want more coffee.
