After WW and tanning, I went to Hannaford and bought $25 worth of fruit salad for this week.
Why I did this: At WW, I talked about my night time snacking problem. A lady suggested 0-point snacks at night.
This isn’t a new idea to me. It’s just something I have yet to try. I didn’t think I would want to snack on fruit late at night. But I got some of my favorite, sweetest, juiciest, ready-to-eat fruits. So we’ll see how this goes.
If it works, I’ll be able to stay well within my points budget and lose hella pounds again this week.
I had this whole section right here, where I picked myself apart. I deleted it. You’re welcome. No, I know, no one wants to hear about my various body parts (again). Anyway, it is self-deprecating and objectifying. I don’t want to be like that, anymore.
I wanted to clean house today, but I don’t know how much I can realistically do. My hands hurt, and I haven’t even been using them rigorously.
Also, today is laundry and cemetery walking. Will there be time?
The bathrooms need it badly. The kitchen floor is a disgrace.
I’m going to have to make time. And modifications.
