Awake Again

It’s 5:50. I’m awake. Aislyn is also awake. I don’t know how long we’re going to have to hang out in the dark until Derek and Desmond are up. But Aislyn is not quiet. As I’ve said before, she has one volume and it is 11.

I’m not sure if there’s any point going to WW today. I’ll have drunk a lot of fluids before I weigh in. But it’s about more than just weighing in. There’s also the workshop, the community, the motivation. And it would all balance out next week.

So maybe I’ll still go. It’s never a bad idea.
