I’m up an hour early. Woke up at 3:30, figured I might as well get out of bed.
I got to my appointment yesterday only to find out it was at 3:00, not 2:15 like I’d thought. I did not have to leave work as early as I did.
I’m not losing weight very quickly, but I am down another size. In fact, my jeans from early spring almost fit again. How weird is that?
Getting up may have been a mistake. I am still drowsy. Meds will help, though.
