The last hour of the day, it was all hands on deck stripping, stacking and filling boxes. We had none, and suddenly we had six or seven skids that had to get done before second shift started.
I got 13,000 steps. I went to bed at 7:30.
You would think I would surely be down a pound or two this week. Nope.
Well, anyway, at least I’m headed in the right direction.
I don’t know if my hands are getting better. The OT gave me some stuff to read about carpal tunnel and some exercises. She recommended OT twice a week, but it’s not looking like I can really manage that right now, as my schedule stands, so I’m not sure what to do. I also have PT, psychotherapy, and meds checks, though not everything is every week. It’s hard for me to keep track of it all.
It’s weird. I keep thinking there’s another lady with me in the WH, but there’s not. It’s just me.
I mean, if you want to get technical about it, there are those two teenagers who work in the office upstairs, and another woman who is middle-aged, but I don’t really count the office people. We don’t ever see them, except in passing.
I should go back. But I’m tired! But I should go. Have a good morning, my friends. Happy Friday!
