I’m expecting an important phone call, but it was supposed to have come by 11:00.
I’ve thought about it, and I’m realizing that the time between lunch and dinner (12ish to 6ish) is too long to realistically go without a snack or even another meal. So I’m going to try repeating my 0 point lunch of eggs and tomatoes when I get home from work, to see if that decreases my binge behaviors. Because what happens fairly often is, I try to wait it out until dinner, and fail because I get too hungry, and I have no fallout plan in place, so I just go after everything I can get my hands on.
And, okay, the eggs aren’t really that appealing even the first time around, but I can’t think of much else that’s zero on my plan with protein. If I get sick of eggs, I can always switch it up. I just need something at that time, and it needs to be more specific than “snack.”
So that starts today. I’ll let you know how it goes.
I don’t want to say how much weight I’ve gained since January. So I won’t. But it’s significant; it has put me back over the obesity line.
