I think the new plan will just be a composite of all the strategies I’ve thought of but haven’t necessarily tried, like hanging out upstairs more, where food isn’t allowed, biking to motivate me, continuing to put triggers under lock and key.
Instead of my iced coffee, I will drink a zero sugar root beer on my way home. I know I’ve been trying to reduce soda, but I need to do one thing at a time. And this is more important to me right now.
I need to visualize regularly what I want. Won’t need any help remembering to do that, it’s pretty much all I can think about. Yes, I have a one-track mind.
I’m maybe going to project a clearer goal date than I’ve had. Maybe both short term and final/ maintenance. That will take a bit of work and some guessing as to how active I may or may not become.
