No More Events Today

That’s what my calendar says. I guess I’m done for the day.

I can’t believe it’s already 7:00.

My new plan is to lose two pounds a week for nine months. That will put me into next year, unfortunately. But I think we kind of knew that was going to be the reality of this situation, right?

It’s a lot, but it will put me on the low end of the healthy range, which is where I want to be. And I’ll have a good cushion for maintenance that way.

I can always relook at it, too, when I get closer to goal, if I’m comfortable where I am, I can stop sooner. But I’m not there, yet, so, one day at a time.

Drinking more water today has kept me from getting the hungry horrors, at least.

I think I’m going to take a shower, now.

I feel like I got a lot done today.
