I’m wondering if I should just spend more time upstairs. I think that could help. We do have a TV up there. The only thing is, the rest of my family would have to be on board. Like, would they join me up there? I don’t want to isolate myself or be unavailable to the kids.
The other thing I thought was maybe I could try taking my afternoon Adderall at 1:00 instead of 11:00. I do think tired people eat more; there might even be research to back it up, I’m not sure. And it could give me a much needed boost in those hours after dinner.
I can try those things for a week and see how it goes. If I discover long term success I will write a book and title it the same as this blog. You can hold me to that.
