Bugs, Bites, Bruises: the Joys of Summer

We’re at the park. After we moved out of Newmarket, they put in an awesome, public aqua park (free) with a snack bar.

They always open awesome stuff in places after we’ve moved away.

The stupid bugs are eating me alive. But the kids are having a good time.

It’s hot as hell, and I did not wear a bathing suit, so I didn’t get in the water at all. I’m just hanging out in the shade. I don’t do well in the heat. I wilt in the hot weather.

But I still like summer best.
