I might be hungry. But there’s nothing left for snacks. Not after Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

I might have to have sugar free oatmeal for a snack if I get so hungry I can’t sleep. I’ve already brushed my teeth, put in my mouth guard (I grind and clench in my sleep) and everything.

Or, I do have cereal. That’s what I had last year for a snack. It seemed to work for me.

I wish I wasn’t so hyper focused…obsessed with food, eating, and not eating. But I am what I am, I guess. Take me or leave me ❤️
