Pre-Track My Snacks?

Here’s a thought: maybe I should find time each day to track the whole day ahead of time, including snacks.

I’ve resisted this strategy in the past because I never know exactly what I’m going to want. But that just looks likes a flimsy excuse to me now. You can always go in and edit your foods if they change.

A specific plan that I can actually follow is necessary right now. I’m very unhappy with myself, and I need to stop whining and really do something about it.

I don’t want to fail again today. Pre-tracking is doable for me.
