I did my workout last night, but barely broke a sweat. But right before bed I pounded the fudge rounds.
The good news is I tracked everything. I wonder if I shouldn’t just focus purely on the tracking this week, maybe get a baseline. Like, not use it as an excuse to pig out, but not judge myself too harshly if I make mistakes, either. Just be observant, and vigilant about the tracking.
