Food for Thought

I know the title’s overused, but it’s perfect. I have fresh fruit for dessert at lunch time. I wonder if I could do fresh fruit for dessert after dinner instead of junk? Maybe with some Cool Whip?

It would take getting used to. Right now I eat Fiber 1 brownies, ice cream, Halo Top, s’mores, Fudge Rounds (yes, I’m back on those 😐, really struggling), and so on, aka junk. But I could live with good, ripe strawberries, cherries, possibly grapes. Maybe. Possibly Maybe is an awesome Bjork song.

Desmond won’t be happy with me but I have to stop buying stuff for s’mores. I eat far more of it than he does.
