I’m about halfway through The Shift, now. I read a good chunk of it today outside while the kids played. It’s very good. It references Skinner and behaviorism, which is something familiar to me, and it talks about habit change/ replacement. I actually got another book on Kindle: Atomic Habits that the author lists under additional resources.
Then I realized my Kindle isn’t working and I probably need a new one. But I have the app on my phone, so, it’s all good.
I’m pretty sure I’ve heard of Atomic Habits before. That’s why I was drawn to it, I think.
