Not looking forward to it today. I’m sure I’ve gained this week. It’s been a really off-program week. I blame fatigue.

I’m going to have one coffee later in the day and see if that helps. It seemed to help last night, I was able to stay up until 10.

I don’t know what more I can say about weight loss, or gain, that I haven’t already said 100 times. I know my mindset is off right now. It’s stuck on fixed when it needs to be growth.

I’m planning on reading more of The Shift this week. Maybe that will give me the extra little push I need at night to stay out of the kitchen.
