Up

Well, all the hard work I did the previous week…it’s sad. I know it doesn’t negate the work I did before, but I’m still kind of bummed out that I didn’t stay on program this week. Well, “this” week is over. It’s a new week today. I can make more informed choices. God, I hope so. It’s going to be harder, though. I’m not going to say why right now.

My points for today are pretty much shot already because I’m having a lobster roll and fries for lunch at Weathervane. Oh, well, it could be worse, I guess.

The second half of the week will be much easier than the first half, I know that.
