My weight stayed the same today as yesterday. Here’s the question: can I have one more good day? Because if not I’m looking at staying the same this week or a gain. Keep in mind I just ate a 9-point breakfast at 4 a.m.
Why aren’t I doing better? I had 15K steps yesterday. This week hasn’t been horrible, foodwise. I’ve tracked most everything.
I think I’m going to go back to sleep. Maybe that doesn’t make sense. Aislyn will be up at 5, anyway. It’s really best for me to be up ahead of them so they’re less likely to fight. Maybe I’ll just snooze on the couch while I wait for them.
