Ahhh, so much better.

In spite of my daily fatigue, I’ve gotten a lot done so far this year. And I’ve had a very active week. I’m hoping all the activity will offset the ongoing food festival.

I don’t know what to expect for weigh-in. I really should weigh myself everyday, so I’m not blindsided on Sundays. And maybe it would keep me on track better.

Noom is good, too. But I need the face-to-face meetings that WW has.

So even the 10s won’t stay up. I know I’m not an 8, it’s simply not possible. I still have 10s I can’t wear, yet. It must be the style. Also I tend to pull my pants up and down without bothering with the button or zipper, so that could do it, too, I suppose.

They say if you’re wearing a belt, the pants are too big. But that just can’t be. I can see in my face that I’ve gained, not lost weight in the last couple of months. Also, the scale tells me. So I don’t know what to make of the pants predicament.
