I fell asleep early last night. Got up late today. I’m tired, but I’m alright. I actually made it through the night without getting up.
I scanned the schedule, but it mustn’t be a good scan, because I can’t really read it that well. I think it says 7:30. Anyway, I hope so. That would give me time for light therapy.
If I drink caffeine late, I’m up all night. If I don’t, I’m asleep by 7:30. There’s no in between.
