Not Going to WW Today

I did weigh myself, though. Not happy. Up another 1.3. My workouts aren’t enough. I have to eat less.

I don’t have any elaborate plan for it. I’m just going to do it. I can do it. I’ve proven I can do it. Right before I sabotage myself.

I just have to not sabotage myself in the zero hour.

Lots to do today, starting with meds.
