I did okay till I got home. Then I got into Derek’s Italian chocolates, which are much too sweet for my taste, but I ate 100 of them, anyway.
What is wrong with me?!
I think I’m going to use those Skinny Stix when it’s convenient for me; not prior to meals. Because I usually forget about them. If I set a schedule for them, maybe I’ll be less hungry throughout the day.
Like, I eat breakfast around 6 a.m. I start to feel hungry around maybe 8:30? Before the asshole Depo I wasn’t hungry until 11:00 a.m., but never mind that, now. So maybe I do the first one at 8:30. I’ll set an alarm for it now.
Okay, so my next problem area seems to be 4:30-ish, if I’m home. But if I’m not, I’m stuck at a register. Hmmm…well, let’s use 4:30 as my #2, anyway. 5:00 Tuesday/ Friday.
They do have caffeine, so I can’t really do the last one late. Maybe 7:00? I don’t know, that could really mess with my sleep. Bah, my sleep’s a mess, anyway. 7 it is.
I have no idea if this will work, but I’m feeling desperate to try something.
