The 11th Hour

I didn’t do so well at the very end of the night. I need to change up some of the food I buy. Frozen yogurt. Do they still make that stuff? It was the big thing in the 90s.

The good news is I did my workout. If I do them all, that’s four days a week; more days than not. So if I screw up really bad foodwise, the biking will help minimize the damage.

Not to say I’m not going to continue trying to manage my eating habits better. I did do really well for most of the day.

I am trying. It may not seem that way, but I am.

Unfortunately, I have to go. Slept in again. Have a lovely and safe commute this morning.
