I’m also still in the healthy point range: 32, so just barely, but healthy range, nevertheless. This is a first in many days. I don’t even want to think about the majority of my days, where I stopped tracking.
I also feel happier tonight than I have in some time. This may be because I feel less tired. And my points are reasonable.
I hate to say it, but I might not worry so much about taking in too much caffeine right now. I feel like I need it, nothing else is helping, and I’m getting very little support from my PCP, soooo….
