10:45-12:00-3:00

So I have my next break in an hour, and the last one, not until 3:00. But I guess that’s not that bad. It’s like a two-hour stretch. That’s pretty standard.

I forgot my Mio, so no water this morning. I did throw a couple of tea bags into my Nalgene bottle. It wasn’t horrible. And I remembered that Sasha gave me a couple of True Lemon packets, just have to find them.

I did a truncated version of my bike workout: 30 minutes instead of my usual 40. But I did it.

I seem to be doing better right now with exercise than with nutrition. Of course, why that would be is no mystery.
