About noon I became exhausted, couldn’t stop yawning.
I just ate a free, leftover Pure Protein bar. It had a disgusting aftertaste, but I ate the whole thing anyway, thinking maybe it might give me some energy. 21g protein.
I do have Built bars at home. Those taste much better and are fewer points. Maybe I should try one of those next time I get a hankering for sweets. I haven’t had one in a long time.
And no, I can’t do yogurt. I’ve tried to like it, but I can’t make myself. Yogurt also has an aftertaste I don’t like. Plus, I don’t think dairy likes me.
You can’t help what you like and dislike, is what I’ve found. You can only force your brain to cooperate for so long before it rebels.
