WW Week in Review 12/11/21

Nutritionally, this hasn’t been the best week. It’s not a motivation problem. It’s the daily grind getting in my way. It’s fatigue. 10 hours is a long day, and on top of that, interrupted sleep patterns. Plus, it’s not like I get to kick back the minute I get home. There’s a laundry list of stuff to prepare for the next day before I can sit.

I’m to understand that research supports a correlation between fatigue and overeating, and it doesn’t surprise me in the least. You make better choices when you’re well-rested.

Despite excessive ringing, I have been getting a pretty reasonable amount of steps in. My WW goal is set for something like 6500 steps, which I meet easily on weekdays. I’m always really shooting for 10K, though. I’ve biked twice this week, and expect to today. So there’s that.

I did have some nice NSVs this week.

Let’s not speak of my points budget. Suffice it to say I’ve done better. But I’ve also done worse and still lost weight. The good news is I’ve continued to track, and I always fare better when I track.

All things considered, I’d say it’s been a so-so week.

I forgot to take my meds when I got up. Got to go do that.
