At the end of my last break, I ate a 3 Musketeers bar. Not a fun or bite size one, a full-size bar. Thinking it was only 11 points last time, I didn’t realize it had changed on the new program to 14 points.
So I’ve blown through most of my points for the day. And I have no weeklies left.
I hope my body will forgive me this act of nutrition indiscretion.
